This page covers everything swarm.os collects about you when you visit this site or use the contact form. If it feels short, that is on purpose — we collect almost nothing.
The only personal information swarm.os collects is what you type into the contact form on this site: your name, business name, industry, email address, and whatever message you write. For traffic measurement we use Plausible Analytics: it is cookieless, collects no personal data, does not follow you across sites, and never builds a profile of you. On the confirmation page shown after you send the form, and only there, we also load the Meta advertising pixel. It tells Meta that an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to an enquiry, so we can tell which adverts are worth running. That pixel is a Meta product, it sets a cookie, and Meta's own data practices apply to it. It does not run on any other page of this site.
Form submissions go straight into our Google Workspace: a private spreadsheet and an email inbox that only the swarm.os team can access. Nothing is copied to a marketing platform, ad network, or third-party CRM.
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties, or use it to build ad audiences. There are no ad pixels on this site.
We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our conversation with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
You can ask to see what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email info@swarmos.ca and we will handle it directly, no forms or portals.
Traffic is measured with Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and stores nothing on your device: it counts page views and which page a form was submitted from, and nothing that identifies you. One page is an exception. The confirmation page shown after you send the form loads the Meta advertising pixel, which sets a cookie so Meta can match your enquiry to the advert you clicked. No other page on this site sets a cookie. If that ever changes, we will update this line to say so, plainly, before it happens.
